Improve handgun speed, accuracy, and shooting-hand control with the Action Target GSDCFIRE1100 Dynamic Course of Fire 1 training target set. Designed for structured practice, this drill challenges shooters to transition between two-handed shooting, strong-hand shooting, weak-hand shooting, movement, and reloading. The sequence helps develop practical skills that support better control and faster target engagement during defensive, competition, and general firearms training.
Shooter begins in the low-ready position. On the start signal, fire three rounds at the top blue target using both hands, move right to the green target and fire two rounds with the strong hand, then move down to the orange target and fire one round with both hands. Perform a reload and fire two additional rounds with both hands. Continue by moving left to the blue target for three rounds, move down to the green target for two rounds with the weak hand, and finish by moving right to the blue target for three rounds. This timed course reinforces accuracy while requiring deliberate transitions and consistent firearm handling.
Each Action Target GSDCFIRE1100 package includes 100 paper targets with a multicolor circular illustration and a hanging mount style for convenient range setup. The color-coded design provides clear visual references throughout the drill, making it easier to follow the course and assess shot placement. Use these disposable targets for indoor or outdoor handgun practice where repeatable training and measurable performance are important.
