FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

IS ALL INVENTORY LISTED AVAILABLE IN STORE?

No. While we have a large selection of inventory in our store, all inventory listed is what is available for us to purchase and provide to you. This Website interfaces in real time with all of the major distributors of firearms in the US. Inventory is updated every 15 minutes so it is the most up to date inventory availability that we can offer. On the other hand, we may have inventory in store that is not listed on the website, especially used firearms as used firearms that we have in store are not listed for sale here.

 

ARE PRICES IN-STORE THE SAME AS ONLINE?

Not necessarily. Pricing is calculated by an algorithm that uses the latest lowest price from our suppliers and passes that savings on to you directly. We will, in most instances, honor website pricing in store and we work hard to make sure that the pricing is in sync, but due to the number of items, fluctuation of inventory levels at any given supplier, and flash sales by these suppliers, it is very difficult to make sure that there is always price parity.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO SHIP?

If you are ordering a firearm to ship to an FFL other than us, the shipping time depends on your receiving dealer. If their FFL is not on file with our warehouse, and many, many are, we will need to reach out to your dealer and have them send us a copy of their FFL Document in order to ship your firearm. While we understand that this may delay your order a bit, the overactive lawyers insist on having an actual copy on file and will not just accept an electronic verification process which we use at checkout. There are also some select brands that will not allow us to ship directly from our warehouse. This means that if the item is not in stock at our store, we will have to have it delivered to our store in Connecticut first and then ship your firearm from there. This isn't a big deal, but it can delay shipment to your dealer by a couple of days.

 

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

No, but it is strongly recommended. We won't spam you at all and the benefit is that you can log in and track your order, get detailed notes about the progress, and make any allowed changes. Without creating an account, you won't have access to these functions on a self-serve basis.

 

WHAT DO THE ORDER STATUSES MEAN?

Awaiting Payment - Order has not been processed. We do take an authorization upon order but do not take funds until shipping is verified

Awaiting Fulfillment - Inventory has been verified and the order has passed our internal and external security checks. Additional legal compliance checks will be done to ensure your order complies with your state laws before shipment.

Awaiting Shipment - Your order has been received and accepted by the warehouse and is awaiting shipment. The warehouse will conduct a brief legal review to ensure compliance with state law in the receivng state. This often does not delay shipment unless there have been very recent changes to the laws or court actions have been recently taken.

Shipped - Your order has been sent and tracking information is available in your account under that order

Manual Verification Required - NOTE that we ship accessories and Non-FFL items ONLY to the billing address of the credit card used for payment. In the rare occassion that we can verify the veracity of an order that has different billing/shipping addresses, the order will be sent. Please understand that this verification process takes up to 5 additional business days

Cancelled - We are unable to fulfill your order. You have either been refunded or have not been charged.
