The CMMG 22BA651 .22 LR AR Conversion Kit provides a practical way to adapt a compatible AR-15 platform for .22 LR ammunition. Designed as part of CMMG’s 22 Conversion Kit series, this kit includes a stainless steel bolt carrier group that installs in place of a standard AR-15 bolt carrier group, allowing the rifle to function with rimfire cartridges while retaining the familiar controls and shooting configuration of the host firearm. Verify compatibility with your specific AR-15 before installation.
The kit includes three 25-round magazines, giving you additional capacity for range practice, training, and recreational shooting. The .22 LR chambering offers reduced recoil and economical operation compared with centerfire ammunition, making this conversion kit a useful option for routine practice. Magazine fit and function may vary by firearm configuration, so follow the manufacturer’s instructions and confirm proper operation before use.
Built with a stainless steel bolt carrier group, the CMMG 22BA651 is designed for dependable service and straightforward maintenance. Its compact configuration makes storage and transport convenient, while the included magazines provide a complete setup for users seeking a rimfire conversion solution for a compatible AR-15. This product is classified as a firearm conversion kit; comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and always follow safe firearm-handling procedures.
