The Bear Fred Bear Montana Longbow combines a black maple riser with white maple limbs in a traditional longbow design. This right-handed model has a 55-pound draw weight and a 64-inch AMO length, providing a classic platform for archery setups that use a shelf rest.
The bow includes a shoot-off-the-shelf leather rest, along with a leather grip and leather side plates. These traditional materials support the bow’s clean, functional design while providing the core components described for this model.
A Dynaflight 97 Flemish string is included with the bow. The Montana Longbow is also offered in left- and right-handed configurations and in 40-, 45-, 50-, and 55-pound draw weights. This listing is the black, right-handed, 55-pound version, part number AFT2040155.
