The barrel features a 5/8-24 threading, allowing for easy attachment of suppressors or muzzle devices, with a included thread protector for added convenience. The rifle’s fully free-floated barrel optimizes precision, while the Bergara barrel's renowned quality guarantees consistent shot placement at long distances.
Equipped with a super-smooth B-14 action, this bolt-action rifle incorporates a two-lug system with a sliding plate extractor, coned bolt nose, and breech to facilitate smooth feeding and extraction of cartridges. The trigger, designed by Bergara, provides a crisp, clean pull at approximately three pounds, contributing to accurate shooting. The rifle is also factory drilled and tapped for Remington 700 style rings and bases, offering compatibility with various optics.
